  • Start by logging in to your SBI Internet Banking account using your credentials (User ID and Password).
  • Once logged in, click "Submit" to access your account.

Step 2: Access Your Account and Profile

  • After logging in, you will land on your Internet Banking dashboard.
  • Locate and click on the "My Accounts & Profile" section. This is where you can manage your account details.

Step 3: Initiate KYC Update

  • Within the "My Accounts & Profile" section, you will find various options.
  • Look for and click on the "Update KYC" icon. This will initiate the KYC update process.

Step 4: Select the Account

  • On the next screen (Screen 4), you will need to select the account for which you wish to update KYC details.
  • Choose the appropriate account from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Update KYC Details

  • Screen 5 is where you will update your KYC details:
  • Verify the address populated on the screen to ensure its accuracy.
  • Update your income parameters if there have been changes.
  • Mark the radio button as "No" if there is no change in your address.
  • Tick the declaration box to confirm that the details registered with SBI are correct and require no modification.
  • After completing these steps, click "Submit."

Step 6: High-Security Password Verification

  • To ensure the security of your KYC update, you will receive a high-security password on your registered mobile number.
  • Input this password in the designated field on the screen.
  • Once entered, click "Submit" to proceed.

Step 7: Confirmation of Successful KYC Update

  • After successfully entering the high-security password, you will receive a confirmation message on the screen.
  • The message will confirm that the updation of KYC details is successful and that the updated KYC details are applicable to all accounts under your CIF (Customer Information File).
